how to fix windows reboot loop?

Do you know what could have happened to cause it. Like what you were doing before the boot loop occurred?

How far in the startup does it get before it restarts again?

Does it restart while in safe mode?

Please list the "lots of things" that you've tried. Knowing this will help with the diagnosis.

Have you tried to boot Windows in safe mode ?

 

Does windows start up after bios init or does the computer reboots after bios init is done (before it starts Windows) ?

don't know if it was just coincidence but every time I had this it was due to faulty ram.
