$2k seems to be a very generous budget. By the by, if you have air conditioning, it would go better for you. I can just imagine your PC weltering in the merciless Australian summer sun. I chose a GTX 970 because getting a second would be less hard on your wallet than a second GTX 980. The SSD is a great purchase for the price, it out performs the MX100 which is (or was) it's closest competitor. You could probably grab a second HDD and run them in RAID 0 to improve the speeds of your video editing. I chose the G45 Gaming over the Krait because the Krait, for all it's white niceness; it a lower end motherboard. The Gaming line has a better audio solution in any case. Case is great for the price, comes with 4 fans and you can fit one more 120mm fan if you so wish. That PSU is the best 750w PSU in Australia at present for the price. 16GB of RAM, why not?

Hard to reccomend that, it's the same model number for two PSU's in the same line. One Enhance OEM, one Sirtec. Enhance is decent enough, both Zalman and Cooler Master have Enhance PSU's in the price range. Sirtec is a pile of shit. It's not worth the risk. Although there is an EVGA I just noticed. The 750w G2 http://au.pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-220g20750xr Thats a Super Flower OEM, even better than Enhance. I'll edit my post and recommend that instead.
