Getting Gigabyte debug led error code 04

I have just installed a Gigbyte GA-Z97X-UD5H-BK motherboard. When I boot up from a cold boot occasionally I get the LED error code 04! If I reboot I get the LED code A0! I have been in contact with Gigabyte they say it's a memory issue!
I contacted ADATA they advised me to run MemTest on the individual RAM sticks!

All returned no errors!

The system seems to  running fine!

I have seen from older posts other users have had the same problem!

Gigabyte have told me to RMA the board!
