Hello Guys i need your help. I have recently built a pc and continuously having problems with it. Right now I keep getting Driver_power_state_error BSOD. It isnt dependant on what im doing. Happens absolutely randomly, even when windows is shutting down. At first I though it was the overclock so I changed it back to default but the error still occurs. Installed windbg to see what is causing the problem and it turns out it is caused by usbhub3.sys. Run sfc/scannow, no problems, hd tune, no problems, chkdsk no problems, reinstalled all asus drivers and the error still occurs, downloaded memtest but dont know how to run it :L. honestly dont know what to do as when I even try to refresh my pc using win DVD it crashes so I cannot continue. ( gets to 1 % and cannot continue ). If you would like to please tell me what to reinstall/ install  please. I have included dump file on dropbox ( https://www.dropbox.com/sh/0f10k0gqqk6vhrd/AACeH5iTDrf9FDPNStd9lQSRa?dl=0&s=sl

Could you be more specific with your BSOD? You can go to event viewer, or write as much as you can down when it happens again.

Check this as well.

https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/hardware/ff559329(v=vs.85).aspx

Driver_state_power_failure thats all.

from event viewer that all i can see "

  BugcheckCode 159     BugcheckParameter1 0x3     BugcheckParameter2 0xffffe000d48e6970     BugcheckParameter3 0xfffff80237bd4960     BugcheckParameter4 0xffffe000d4942760     SleepInProgress 0     PowerButtonTimestamp 0     BootAppStatus 0 "

Although I don't have very much exxperience with software issues, I found this.https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windows/en-US/c69a4f68-2bdc-4d43-bdb6-bde8f08b3df5/driver-power-state-failure

also, for others to help, see about posting the dmp files that show what happened before the crash.
