Get a cheaper case (your choice), get a $200 benq IPS monitor, and the cm storm devestator and u are all set.

Sorry I did it in USD, the budget might be a bit over if done in Europe as European prices are a bit higher

1080p you cant get 1440p with $200 and the GPU would perform much better with 1080p

Although it really isn't as bad as you make it sound.

It's not that bad but it uses pretty cheap components. I used to use a cx 600 and it destroyed two of my hard drives. I just don't want his first build to break just because the psu wasn't the best
