What's that?

 

Ingress is a GPS enabled sort of geo-cache game. It is really hard to describe.

 

Two factions fight over resources you collect at you are walking around. You then use these resources to battle over hard points which are all linked to significant locations through google maps.  For a lot of smaller areas this means parks and churches and community centers. Larger cities will have landmarks like statues or caves be key points as well.
