If you're going pentium there's no reason not to grab the G3258.  I'd also grab a Z97 board to OC it on.

Also this... I didn't get far enough down your list to see you had a 980 on there.  No reason to skimp so much on the CPU when you're going with such a monster GPU.  Grab a 4690k and you're set.  Or better yet, down shift a bit on the GPU and save a boatload of money by grabbing a 970 or 290x.
