17" Laptops

Looking for a 17" laptop mainly for programming. Going into a CS Undergraduate this fall. Gonna be dual booting Windows and Linux. Budget of around $1000 CANADIAN. Please link things I can buy in Canada :(

Dell lattide e6540.... amazing performance. OR toshiba t440s... I have both (get them free from some jobs). It's very solid and both run for 800 bucks

Not Canadian but I found a decent laptop on the Canadian Amazon named "Dell Computer Inspiron i5748-5000sLV 17.3-Inch Laptop"

 

btw your websites are so barren over there, I feel bad :(
