I need a new case and was thinking about this one:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811146058

I preferably want a case that has a window, leds (doesnt matter what color), under $60USD.

Please give me your input on this case if you have it!  How is the cable management, etc, etc.

Please give me your input in general.

I recently did a build for a friend in a sharkoon t9 case, it's right around your budget and has pretty much everything you're looking for.

A nice side panel, 2 fans in the front, 1 in the back and you can choose what color LEDs you want.

How exactly do I choose the color or checkout.  Is there is another website that has these, like newegg, ncix, etc.?

I bought it from a Swiss store, so I'm not sure where else they sell it.

Do you know if it would fit a CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Evo?

Id say the NZXT source 210

buy some bitfenix alchemy LED strips

the cable management is great for 30 bucks and it has a very nice piece of acrillic for the window, very clear.

it closely fits the hyper 212 EVO.

This is the best case in my opinon for under $60 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811163227&Tpk=rl04b&IsVirtualParent=1

) and I personally own it. It comes with dust filters, you can put a Kraken X60 in the roof, plenty of room for cable management, and removable hard drive cages.

It scratches the side panel, but it fits

I'd go for the Corsair Carbide 200R, It's a great, simplistic case that is by FAR better than any other $60~ case, from the black, textured finish to the silence and build quality it's the perfect case for my taste. Also, since it's Corsair branded you know that it will be compatible with most coolers on the market including dual 120/140 rads. I like it so much that I will try to mod in a side panel window. Instead of getting a new one.  :)
