God dam it, I thought I could get away from Kappa from Dota 2.

Anywho, pretty much a prefect build... a good PS, color matching and a ''decent'' SSD. Only thing I could complain about is you paying for windows 8 *laughs as I download windows 10 from my school's website*

The time you enjoy wasting, is not wasted time.

your gpu is pretty overkill for your cpu. if this is a beginner build i would go with a 770. you can get one for like 200.

You: get out of here! You clearly have no idea on what are you talking about.

OP: don't mind this guy. Your choice for CPU and GPU is just perfect. I would personally get a different brand of GPU, but that's just me. Also, the lack of a CPU cooler disturbs me.

I'm planning on getting an aftermarket cooler, but just couldn't squeeze it into the budget.

How exactly is a 970 overkill for a 4690k?

It's like the perfect combo.

I personally would get a bigger SSD and I'm not a big fan of evga psus, but that's preference.

Other than that it's perfect

If you don't overclock it'll be ok, but just for the lower temps I would get one in the future.
