You are getting an overclocking cpu and you have no aftermarket cooler picked out?  Also in regards to your motherboard choice I would recommend going Gigabyte or Asus before an MSI board.  It is easy to find affordable, fully featured Gigabyte boards.  Look for one.  In regards to the EVGA video card I can't recommend someone getting one from them after they cheaped out on the cooler for the 900 series.  Speak with your wallet and they won't try it again.  In regards to that Corsair CX PSU you can do better getting certain models from EVGA and Antec right now.  As for the rest of the build no comment either because I am ok with what you picked or because I don't know what to say about the item/items.

Ergonomic is pretty important, yeah it doesn't hurt to get good mouse + keyboard.

Well, getting a "K" series is going to waste you can get like i5-4460, 4590 or 4690 instead of 4690K.

I'm just getting the K so if someday I want to over clock it I can easily do so by just buying a better heat sink.
