OC-ing GPU, some small questions

1. Do i have to open the program every time i turn on my PC for OC to take effect? im using GIGABTYE app center utilitys program

2. so ,if i just set power target higher than 100% it should automaticly OC it?

or max voltage / temperature target

There should be an option in the program to automatically apply the overclock.

If you raise the power target it does not OC it automatically. You must adjust the gpu clock and memory clock.

These guys. Every OC tool has them in a different area but once you find them try on stock voltage 10-15MHz each time. When it crashes or hangs apply over voltage.
