powerline with adapters

Hi, i live in a foreign country, and nobody makes detected powerline units for us. The standerd the is used is type H for the plug and 220 volts at 50 Hertz. Since the standerd supports europlug could i buy a powerline adapter off amazon that supports europlug and just plig it in and it would work? Or would i need some adapters?

it would work long as the adapter doesn't change the signal at all..for example like a powerbar

I don't think so, you can try find specific adapter which support both 110/220v

a stepdown (or up) will filter the signal, there's a reason why most people would not recommend to plug power adapter to power extension/strip line.
