PC Audio Problem

I am currently using the speakers built in the monitor. But whenever i connect the headphone to the monitor, i hear a white noise. So to connect directly to the PC, i need to to to control panel-sound and select Speaker(realtek high def audio) every time. And i need to select the monitor speaker and make it as a default everytime. 

How do i fix this?
