My little brother was playing Combat Arms(Nexon) for a night on my desktop but the day after when I turned the desktop back on the monitor stays black screen with the "No VGA Input".

How can I fix this? I read that it's possible to fix this by reseating the RAM and cleaning it but I don't want to risk damaging it. I'm also aware that there might be a problem with my graphics card but I doubt it because the fan of the card still works perfectly when I turn on the desktop.

Any advice would be very appreciated.

And the fans on your GPU can still spin if you GPU is dead :(

I would guess  maybe coincidentally a power cable came loose which is causing the rig not to post. Make sure everything is connected firmly and try again.

If not and you are running an Intel system, try booting with integrated graphics, or if you have another video card try that.

Also since you seem to be using VGA for some reason see if you can get another panel somewhere in your house to connect it to. Check to see if any of your friends have any panels you can use for a short period of time. I doubt a game would just kill a gpu like that unless your brother tried some hardcore overclocking.

I will have to buy an adapter in order to connect my cable onto the DVI port. However, I will try to reseat my hard drives and power supply to see if they're the problem.

Also, my desktop sounds perfectly normal when I turned it on. I can hear the fan blowing and nothing abnormal.

I doubt my brother overclocked my desktop because it is not even capable of doing so LOL! Gah, I need to upgrade but I'm broke lol.

Anyhow, I will try to grab my uncle's rig and see what's up. :/
