meh...i surf responsibly. 

You should replace it asap and do a full scan with the new AV, you never know what got pass MSE and is still lurking on you pc.

I do pay for NOD32 each year. I like their software and I might be old school, but I prefer a paid anti-virus. Kaspersky, BitDefender are very good as well if you are looking for paid one. I heard nice things about Emsisoft, which is based on BitDefender scanner I believe.

 

NOD32 has fallen back a bit in the detections rates over the past years so I might change when my renewal comes up. I do like the minimalist and clean UI of NOD32 however.
