Cpu Cooling

In my new build I chose an i7 4790k and I don't want to overclock that much so I am not sure whether it is worth buying and aftermarket cpu cooler and, if it is worth it, which one to buy in terms of price to performance ratio. In fact I was going to buy a corsair h110 but I would like to know if there are cheaper alternatives that offer similar performace.

Indeed! my i7-4790k is running the Hyper 212 evo and i get 60 degrees celsius at 100% load  (that is at stock (4 Ghz))

If you are not going to overclock that much which often for people means not at all then don't buy the cpu.  What is the point of having this cpu and not getting the most you can out of it?  Look at a cheaper, more affordable cpu that will still give great performance.
