  • Open control panel
  • Select display
  • Drag slider to small

Might need to sign out and back in, if so do that afterwards

When i right click on a 14' laptop, or dropdown menus, its bigger than the rest. i tried the how to make text on the screen smaller or larger on the resolution options. But nothing works :(

before it was proportional.

Why is this a problem?  It is just different software using different dropdown sizes.

No, the menu for pretty much everything is larger than it was before. I don't know what I did, but It just became HUGE....At first I thought I just zoomed it or changed the screen resolution but that isn't it. The Icons and mouse size are still the same size, just the menus (Such as right clicking on the desktop is huge)

Yes ^ That's how it always looked before and it's driving me nuts that it's huge now.

Could be the text DPI scaling has changed, not all text supports this which is why only some has changed.

Yes.  In the display tab, under text DPI (windows 7, should be similar to windows 8).
