Looking to upgrade

Currently have the Lenovo H415 prebuilt looking to upgrade.
CPU: A6 - 3620 2.2ghz
HDD: 1tb
RAM: 3gbx2(6gb) ddr3

Power supply: 250watt

Graphics: Integrated graphics (not much else we know)
There is an extra slot for a separate Graphics card. What should be upgraded first and what should the upgrades be? Helping a friend make his gaming experience better step by step nothing too huge please.

Have 300$ to spend right now will get more in the future.
