Well generally speaking motherboards shouldn't heat up too much, what CPU? what motherboard? and what are your current temps?

 

example my 4770k at 4.6Ghz hits about 65*c with aida64 and the motherboard sits around 30-35*c regardless of the CPU temp.....

I will have to check my motherboard temps when I get home. But my Cpu maxes out at like 35 c.

CPU maxes out at 35*c? and your worried about temps?

 

If that's correct you have a ton of room left.
