There is a problem with my PC that occurs at random times where my PC case powers up but nothing else in the system seems to power on (though there is a light on the ethernet port on the motherboard). Recently, I have been experiencing crashes (black screen and then reboot) and various other issues with my graphics card, you can find these posts in my profile. Does this sound like a PSU issue?

My specs are as follows:

ASRock H97M-Pro4

Intel Core i5 4590

Gigabyte GTX 970 G1 Gaming

Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB DDR3 (2xDIMMs) 1600mhz

Corsair CX-750M

Any help would be appreciated.
