First of all they are both the same...

 

Secondly, ditch that ssd you can add it later. Use that money for a 970/980

 

Third, you only need maybe 750 watts

They are the exact same build, none of them is better, we could make a build that is 100x better :)

You are getting 4 sticks of ram on a dual channel platform and a 1200watt PSU when a 650w-750w PSU would be plenty

They're just the same..... You actually don't need 1000W+ PSU unless you're planning to go further like Crossfire or SLI.

Ok, the 2 builds you posted are the same, 1200W is SO overkill for that it's not even funny, you could do 4 way 980s off that. Get like a 500-600W PSU. And you said you have a GTX 780, do you plan to upgrade that in the future?

yes but not for a little after I buy a new build but I believe the card isn't bad for now is it
