My first build

Hello everyone;

This is my first ever PC build and I have a really good idea of what I'm doing but I want a second opinion. I live in Bahrain and I'm severely limited in terms of shops and shipping but i found this site and it looks good: http://www.advantionline.com/home.php 

Here are the parts I have picked out for what I think is a good PC (please suggest or correct me if you have a better build)

I'm trying to keep a budget of around 700 BHD and won't be fussed to swap one thing for another.

 

I'm a bit worried with the PSU, will it be able to power everything and be able to power everything and have enough cables to plug everything into?

Also, regarding the fans; I'm planing on having 3 120mm fans as air intake mounted in the front and the 140mm in the back as an exhaust fan.

Any help would be appreciated.

lower your motherboard to a z97, and pick up a cpu cooler with the money you saved.

also upgrade to the K version of the processor allowing you to overclock.

if you don't want to overclock throw the motherboard out and just pickup a h series board.

Thanks for the suggestion. Also, I don't plan on overclocking at all because I don't know how. I heard that you can use a stock cooler if you don't overclock (I could be wrong).

I'm also not sure what an H series board is, if you can find one on the site I linked I'd appreciate it.
