Intel Graphics Control Panel Scaling

How do I make so when I have my resolution changed it will change the scaling on the control panel, on 1080P I have to use 56, 61 and on 1280X960 I use 100,100 and I want it to change the scaling automatically so I don't have to get annoyed by my games being the wrong size ( I play 720P because weak GPU)

My current build - Ever Changing.
