New gaming PC

Okay, so I live in Croatia my budget is 10000 HRK (1 USD~7.05 HRK)(Parts are a lot more expensive than in US, but price is simmular to UK).

I would like to use PC for gaming, new games such as Witcher 3, Battlefield 4/Hardline and upcomming games.

Using 1 monitor at 1440x900 60Hz.

No need for Windows.

I am upgrading because my PC is out of date and is becoming slower with more errors.

That's kinda overkill for that low of a resolution. This is more of a 1440p at 60hz build. You could get by with just an i5 and a gtx 960

970 wouldn't hurt for the witcher but like I said at that resolution I don't think its necessary

But I am buying this PC so i can use for 5-7 years I plan on buying new monitor for sure.

I would get 16 GB of Ram (Future Proof, could always easily upgrade late), an i5 4690K, and a CPU Cooler like the Hyper 212 Evo.
