New PC

Get an aftermarket CPU cooler like the Cooler Mater Hyper 212 Evo. 

Also, get the RM 550 or 650 PSU, because the one you chose is not the best. Believe it or not, Corsair power supplies are not always that great.

Its no Seasonic PSU, but its a pretty solid one. He could go with an XFX one, because they use Seasonic as an OEM, but those tend to be a little loud. Anyway, what would you recommend?

Its no Seasonic PSU, but its a pretty solid one. He could go with an XFX one, because they use Seasonic as an OEM, but those tend to be a little loud. Anyway, what would you recommend?

It depends on what the op has already bought, as the psu in his list doesn't have a price next to it, so maybe He already owns it. 

 

If not I would say look at Antec, Seasonic, XFX, Rosewill (Capstone) etc.

actually the XFX are use SuperFlower as their OEM, same the EVGA

I believe it depends on the model of PSU, but I'll look it up.

Nope all XFX are made by Seasonic.
