Okay, so I live in Croatia my budget is 10000 HRK (1 USD~7.05 HRK)(Parts are a lot more expensive than in US, but price is simmular to UK). I would like to use PC for gaming, new games such as Witcher 3, Battlefield 4/Hardline and upcomming games. Using 1 monitor at 1440x900 60Hz. No need for Windows.
