trouble with forum

Recently i switched my mobile network operator.Forum worked that day trough mobile network and wifi. Then next day it wouldn't open trough wifi nor mobile network. So i deleted cache and cookies from browser and it worked for wifi but it still wouldn't work for mobile network. Any recommendation is helpful.
