please help fix

I have tried everything

My PC Specs: CPU: Core i5 4590 @ stock speeds, GPU: RX 480 8GB, RAM: 16GB DDR3 @1600mhz

 

Case: Zalman ZM-T4,Motherboard: GigaByte GA-H81M-S2H LGA 1150, HDD/SSD: 2TB Seagate Expansion drive, 1TB Samsung Portable HDD, 160gb Intel SSD, PSU: 550w corsair cxm

GPU: EVGA GTX 960 SSC 4GB

RAM 6gb ddr2

Mobo: M3a78-em

850W psu

It turns on but it won't post or boot

Stays at a blank screen

GPU fans and CPU fans are spinning as well as PSU fans

Check your monitor cable, maybe it's not plugged all the way.

If it beeps, then it's either the RAM or the HDD/SSD.

Yes, let's not forget how big the GPUs are. Maybe it's not inserted properly or the cable is not attached properly. That could result in black screen!

Is your psu a good brand? If it is one of those 20$ ones it might be causing that (Your , psu simply doesnt provide enough power).
