switch audio fast

ok so i have headphones and a sound bar, the sound bar is conected by optical cable and headphones via 3.5mm jack

 

i need a fast way to change these inputs like a hotkey or something

 

or is it possible to use both at the same time and ill juts mute soundbar

You would probably set up a script with AutoHotKey to change your default device, I wouldn't have a clue about how to go about this but I assume it's possible

it takes me 5 seconds to change the signal

I use display fusion and it has a really fast switcher. You just rightclick on the Display Fusion bar and there's a sound option and you switch it in like 4 clicks.
