So with the sales I'm planning to a build for my brother tomorrow.

The build doesn't quite fit seeing as the case is Razer Edition... Yeah it's a H440 >>  and everything is Black and Red but on topic

So I need to choose out a PSU for this build just 500W is good enough though I want something from my nearby retailer because I don't want to order it online.

What's a good PSU with this build?

The brand that my retailer has is Silverstone, Fractal Design, EVGA, Coolermaster, & Thermaltake, any recommendation?

What is your local retailer specifically? Seeing Edmonton maybe ME but just want to make sure, and more importantly what would be your budget for a PSU?

Build list looks damn good, although the case might not be totally necessary :)

But anyways, for a PSU, you'd want anything 500W+, so if you say that a local vendor is what you're looking for, then go for that.

If you were to buy online, any modular PSU from EVGA, Corsair, CoolerMaster, Seasonic, etc. would be great.

|  Sennheiser HD 518   |   FiiO E10K DAC and Amp  |

Not just anything, and not from just any brand either. Unfortunately local vendor only sells non-modular EVGA, Corsair CX and some trash Cooler Master, none of which I would really trust in that high end of a rig.

worst part is it seems Memory express is the only reliable vendor that has psu's. the best bet is EVGA SuperNOVA 650 G 650W Gold Modular Power Supply and nevermind it's out of stock in Edmonton.

Yeah it's Memory Express, no Budget. Any is fine with me so $100-150 is fine

well he's in edmonton, which is Memory express?

Yes that's correct

Thanks, yeah he wants a midtower and it happened to be Razer which he is a fan of..

The only PSU that my local vendor has that I know is good is EVGA G2 but it's sold out, was hoping to see if there was any other ones that would be good to use so I don't have to order online

This one is your best bet for the price bracket when excluding the G2. http://www.memoryexpress.com/Products/MX52306

Yeah I guess that's about all the choice that I have, though any opinion on Corsair RM series of PSU?

For the money

garbage

never buy an RM especially at Memory Express

Memory Express does price beat, so cheapest on the market in Canada is $155, though let's be honest, memoryexpress rarely ever has prices that are better than any other competitors lol, should just buy me a G2 cause calgary is the only place that sells it <3 jokes LOL
