Can I use my Windows 7 Pro Install DVD With another Windows 7 Pro key?

Sry if the title doesn't make any sense.  <_<

 

Long story short. 
I bought a new motherboard for my PC. I also bought a new Windows 7 Pro product key. But I didn't get a DVD installer with it. 
I know that I can make a DVD / USB for the installer but I already have a Windows 7 Pro DVD installer that I got with my old PC. 

My question is: Can I use my old Windows 7 pro DVD installer to install windows on my PC with the new motherboard and use my new Windows 7 pro product key to activate on it?

 

I hope my question is clear enough. If not let me know.
