CM Storm quickfire rapid help

I recently purchased a cm storm quickfire rapid with cherry mx blue switches. Oddly enough, the 'D' key has stopped clicking. Help?

In what way?

Is it stuck or does no letter just show up on screen?

it actuates, but sounds + feels like an mx red.
