MSI Z97I AC

Hi, I am getting an MSI Z97I AC and am confused about USB 3.0. After looking at a detailed diagram of the board I can see that there is only one usb 3.0 header. If I am using the Phanteks enthoo evolv itx case (which has two usb 3.0 ports on the front) will I need more than one usb 3.0 header? Any help is greatly appreciated!
