I'm sorry if this isn't in the right section, delete or move if you have to, but onto the post.

 

So I want to buy a Ducky Shine 3, and one of the only places I can find it is NCIX. But the problem is, it looks like I can only buy in CAD. So does that mean that they only ship to Canada? Can I still buy it?

 

 

HALP pls <3

 

Any help would be great, thanks in advance....
