You never know what is pre-installed on it.
Id rather recommend you to use the win10 technical preview.

Yup. 95% of people I know use pirated OS. I used it too untill got it free from dreamspark .

pirated OS's are not safe at all

 

if you cannot afford windows, either use windows 10 preview, or use Linux
