You have a year to buy it.

If you kill it by overclocking... they will replace it one time. That's it.

The projects never end in my line of work.

I think you need to buy it in first month of purchase.

Only Feature only: One time cpu replacement if you kill your chip overclocking

Both different answers..

Sources?

Also how long do I have for my chip to "die"?

NVM, you have 1 year to buy it. And it can die in the remaineder of the original 3 year warranty.

The Plan provides a one-time replacement: (i) only applicable to the replacement of Eligible Processors and (ii) only when the Plan is purchased within one (1) year of the purchase of the Eligible Processor. \

Sounds good because then I can break my 1.35v wall and get 4.7GHz at 1.41v and if it dies in 3 years, I get a new i5 4670k?

Three years from the purchase date of the processor, not of the plan.

The more I look at what I put my 3570K through the more I think I should have gotten that. Then again She didn't seem to mind too much at the 1.6v it took her to boot at 5.0Ghz (OK she minded a lot but in my deference ... 5.0Ghz).

System CPU : Ryzen 9 5950 doing whatever PBO lets it. Motherboard : Asus B550 Wifi II RAM 80GB 3600 CL 18 2x 32GB 2x 8GB GPUs Vega 56 & Tesla M40 Corsair 4000D Storage: many and varied small (512GB-1TB) SSD + 5TB WD Green PSU 1000W EVGA GOLD

You can trust me, I'm from the Internet.

My 4670k overclocks like a little bitch.

I knew I should of spent a mere extra £10 for a 4690k :(
