Help With Budget

Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this but I would like help.

No, I'm not a "laptop peasant" I have a main desktop pc for gaming, etc. But I would like a laptop to stream movies/ put on my TV easily and maybe some casual gaming.

I am looking for the cheapest alternative possible.

If anyone has any good laptops that they would recommend that would be great.

I don't really want to go over $400 as it's not for anything major

Maybe, csgo. But nothing major, more focused towards streaming movies, but yeah csgo if it would run and probs the best res the laptop offers? If possible

yes csgo is possible

we should look for a laptop with a non onboard graphics solution. I have a nvidia geforce gt 520M and it handles csgo at about 40 Frames per second on medium settings

a 400$ laptop...will basically have just the basic cpu integrate gpu...not a dedicated one

I would look for a second hand laptop for this price
