What are you planning on using this computer for?

Gaming, streaming, adobe suite, facebook, etc?

Best circumstances, we can take like, 200 off without making major changes. If you want it down @ 850, you'll need to make some big changes.

why do you need a wired network adapter?

that board has very good LAN, dont quote me on that because maybe thats something completely different

that case is expensive.

buy an os from g2a or ebay

go back to 8 gigs

change psu to an evga one

maybe get a r9 290

get an 4690k

you cant cut off 500 pounds without loosing performance

also buy a smaller SSD

Pretty much all this stuff but also the optical drive, you don't need that

Get rid of the wired card, Do you need wifi?

Grab your os from g2a or other not so completely legal sites.

Go for 8gb of ram

swap the i7 for an i5

Yes I'd need wifi, what's the difference between i7 and i5 and would 8gb alter the gaming experience significantly?

You won't notice the difference between an i5 and i7 in like 80% of the games.

Also 8gb of ram is plenty.

Then get rid of the wired card and keep the wifi card.

Without changing the case, this is as low as you can get it without impacting performance in any sort of tangible way. Also, the storage solution is MUCH better than what you originally linked. 512gb will be gone in days if you plan to install games.
