Download something like DesmuME or No$GBA then find the roms you want and they will work fine on a laptop I used to play mine on my old one.

PS: I would advise you own these games before emulating them on your PC

Just make sure you "dust them off" before playing.

What does it mean to"dust them off" before playing. I hear Linus say it and I have wondered that...

When you play the games, "GO" to your closet where you have the real copy of your game that you haven't played in a while. "DUST IT OFF" because it has dust on it. Then "PUT IT IN THE CONSOLE" and play it.

He uses emulators, so he tries to convince you otherwise.
