Hi,

I wanted some suggestions from the people who have i7 3770k with h100i cooling. Currently here is how i have it set up, pics below

This is how i have the fans mounted on the radiator

This is full pic of how i have the radiator and fans installed

Should i switch fans top wards instead of facing the cpu block? I am using corsair air series 120 high performance fans

If u switch them to pull (so they are mounted between the rad and the case) then u might get less dust build up? apart from that I think it's fine?

The way i have it now, if i wanted to clean up i would have to take the fans out and then clean the radiator?

Well I'm not sure, I think the fans would push dust through into the rad, but if all ur other intakes are filtered I wouldn't worry too much, and if over a certain period of time you aren't finding much dust build up then it's fine. But if u do find dust building up ideally take the whole thing off to clean it, yes.

is there a reason why?

absoultly not and dont do it if you dont have a case without holes at the bottom of your PSU its pointless anywway its better to have them facing your GPU cause it takes the heat away from your GPU.

yes, then you will have fresh air as an intake and not the hot air from the gpu's

What should i change for my radiator and fans?

change nothing.. moving the fans to the "pull" position will enable easier radiator clean

from dust, but harmonics can exist when sandwiching the fans between the radiator

and chassis grille/vent. but if you like to tinker, move the fans.. retest and share your

results.. you are not missing anything..
