Help! Issue with opening network adapter propertes!

So, i got my new router not too long ago, and i can not open any Properties to my windows to set my IP to static to do somthing! PLEASE Help i need this done so i can fix my router!

 

If you need to ask this is in the newst build for Windows 10 Build 10041
