Windows 8.1(x64) ram issue

I have 8gb RAM(4gbx2)

and fx4300

I use the professional edition of Windows

It is not letting any of the processes use more than 1.5gb and that is making my FIFA 2015, BF4 and Sony Vegas lag!

Help me fix it.

How much ram does it say when you go boot up? How do you know the processor is only using 1.5Gb?
