So as everyone knows the GS6 will be available mid April. When Samsung first announced the GS6 I was pretty certain I wanted to get it, however I've wanted a bigger screen (currently using gs4) and the more I compare the note 4 and GS6 the specs are extremely similar. My question is 1 obviously which phone should I get and 2 does the gs6 offer anything the note doesn't. I know I can get a back for the note for wireless charging so that doesn't  concern me and is the fingerprint scanner on the note as bad as the gs5?

The S6 has more raw power, so specs aren't equally shot-for-shot. The Note 4 also has an "improved" version of the S5 fingerprint scanner that works much better, but still works in the same way in that you have to swipe across it like a laptop fingerprint scanner, whereas the S6 you just place your finger on it like the iPhone.

Not 100% sure whether the GS6 will have Qi wireless charging but hopefully someone comes out with a cover that has the capability of Qi fast charging. I'd probably buy the GS6 mainly for the reason that the pixel count is slightly higher, not sure if the word "better" is a distinct answer to say that it's better over the current performance package found in the GN4.

From what i understand they are both 1440x2560. Obviously the gs6 will have higher pixel density since it's a smaller screen. And from what I heard the GS6 will come with wireless charging pre-installed.

If you can, wait for the GS6 reviews to come out and for units to arrive in stores for you to try out. After that, you can safely make your decision with little regret. You can also take a look at other phones, but I wouldn't recommend any Snapdragon 810 based phones after reading this review.

Depending if you need the removable storage (with the gs6 being offered up to... was it 128GB?) And together with the battery.

Also other factors to consider are screen size, improved fingerprint scanner. Also, with the note 4 there are S pen (now that i think about it, "S" Pen? Should be "Note" Pen) features such as action memo, etc.

That was one of my concerns. Coming from a gs4 I have a second battery and an extra 32gb micro. However I can always get an external battery but those take up quite a bit of space. And if the 64gb gs6 is 299 then I feel like I'd be getting more for my money with the note but who knows until it comes out. I just feel like the extra screen realestate would be really nice to have.
