Hello,

I am having problems again... This time my computer decides to do its own thing and only launch certain apps. I have tried a bunch of CMD Prompt stuff I found online and none of it works. I have also tried uninstalling the apps but for some reason windows wont let me re-install them and says it "ran into an error"

-Any help would be appreciated... Thanks

Do you have your programs installed over several drives ??

And if so is it just programs on one drive failing ? then check to see if the drive is not failing with just about any free disk utility.

Yarrrr, ye be warned lily-livered scallywags

What do you mean by this? Do I need to change something?

are the "apps" you are having problems with, were they designed for your current O/S?

ex: Programs designed for 32 bit O/S are running them now in a 64bit O/S. if this is all in Windows, right click and go to properties, the change the compatibility mode to an older O/S

CPU: I5-4690K @ 4.3ghz | MOBO: Asus Z97-A | RAM: HyperX Fury 2x4GB White | GPU: Asus Strix GTX 970| SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB | PSU: EVGA 750B2 80+Bronze |

I used the apps about a week ago. They are windows apps like video and calculator.
