Bluetooth error code 43.... Please someone help?

So earlier today I decided to restart my computer because my ping seemed to have been high while i was playing some games, and I usually use a bluetooth speaker with them. Once I logged back and tried to connect to my device, the bluetooth icon wasn't in the tray of the toolbar and didn't show up when I tried to search for it. Eventually I had to go to the device manager and found out that it was having an error. Code 34 seems to either be a driver software error, or an actual hardware one, and I've already tried to unistall the software and re-install it, but it still doesn't seem to have worked. Can anyone help?
