R9 295X2 Driver issues

I installed R9 295X2 to my main computer and with previous drivers uninstalled and cleaned with driver uninstaller, and I installed AMD Omega 14.12 , restarted it, boom BSOD on logon (Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit) It has BSOD error of atikmdag.sys and 0x000007E. I've tried every method to fix this issue on win 7, but I gave up made a fresh install of windows 8.1 but it refuses to boot after installation with error code of 0xc000001. I torture tested the card in ubuntu so it eliminates any hardware possibilities Please, Anyone help, this issue has been for days and I can't do anything.
