Was in a game of DOTA 2 and all of a sudden the game froze and CTD frozen unable to do anything. Attached is a picture of what it looked like, is this a GPU issue?

Memory: 16329 MB
CPU: Intel Core i7-3770K CPU @ 3.50GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780

PSU: Corsair AX860

Temps seem to be fine, sitting around the 50 Deg C mark, I forgot to mention that when trying to play Battlefield Hardline, every now and again I am stumped with an DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED crash, the gpu is in its slot fine and there is sufficent power for it...  Just odd that these issues have started, after nearly two years of issue free use.

that error basically says that the card is loosing contact with the motherboard

that could either be the slot..the card..or the power
