Help me. Z77 MPower Post Code 62

Hi. I just assembled a pc for the first time and I was so psyched until I got post code 62. I don't have any idea what this means but I have all cables connected correctly.
CPU: i7 3770k

CPU cooler: H100
Mobo: Z77 Msi MPower
Ram: 16GB 1866mhz

PSU: TX 650M

Halp wat do?

Run memtest, update the bios with a usb stick, and see if that fixes it.

It was it's first boot. I can't run memtest as it doesn't even boot.

And I'm getting a 770 next week

hmm well that was a stupid recommendation by me wasn't it, sorry  :unsure:

 

At least try updating the bios, then try with just one stick of ram, then the other, and if you have other memory that you know works, try that.

if you dont have a gpu installed and only onboard for now. try unplugging the power from the wall and take out the cmos battery for a couple mins and put it back in. plug it back in to the wall and try to boot to bios. let me know if this worked

Well I get post code 55 when I take out the ram. I might take out the CMOS battery for a few.
