Organising myself

So I planned to make it work ... I planned to have 4 schedule :

+ To Do list ( Things I need to do )

+ Check list ( Things I need to do for that day )

+ Test list ( For upcoming test )

+ Work Schedule ( To make myself move )

But I have problems :

* I have make a to do list but I can't decide :

= Pen or Pencil ? When I write a To Do List , I write it on my notebook ( The Leather kind that you can't take it apart ) with a pencil but when I'm done , I have to erase it and it made the paper ugly ... But When I switch to pen and paper I was like : What a waste of paper ...

= But now I have a Ring-Bear notebook which I can torn the page off but I still think It's too much of an waste ( It's 240 Pages btw )

= And I don't have a lot of time making a new ( Or Renew )To Do List everyday so help me on that as well .

* I have little time to make a new checklist everyday and because of that I always end up missing something important ... ( Get Caught up by a Math problem for example which takes 3 hours and still no progress and because of it , I have no time doing other things )

* Also , I have a hard time sticking to my plan . I intend to get up at 4:00 AM but I hit snooze and end up waking at 4:30 AM or worse .

( I slept at 10:00 P.M last night If you are wondering If I'm sleep deprive or not , I think I need to hit the hay a lot sooner )

* I am back home usually around 6 P.M on Thursday and 12 A.M on Tuesday . The rest of weekday I got home at around 7 P.M and it's not until 8 P.M that I started studying , I have Tuition class after school ( Which ends at 4:00 P.M )

* Sticking to the work schedule : I need a sheer balance where I can surf the internet quickly without wasting my time or be unproductive . Generally , I watched Youtube and read manga but I always put manga on the weekends . Things i wtached on Youtube :

+ Gaming ( Only 2 : GalmHD and ZeRoyalViking , Galm posted Let's play , he posted a lot of let's play and the thing I am interested in is his Evovle vidoes ( 30- 50 minutes, as for Zeroyalviking , he posted 1-2 videos a day ( 10-25~ in length )

+ Science :

- AssapScience ( Weekly )

- Scishow ( Weekly )

- Vsauce's ( Weekly )

- And others ... ( A lot actually )

+ Tech : One and only Linus

+ General intertainment :

- Communitychannel ( Natalie Tran ) ( Weekly )

- Finebros

- Wronchi animation ( Weekly )

+ Manga : Can take up to 45 minutes

So TL;DR version : Help me organise time and make me work efficiently , also , tips on how to concentrate completely on working without running into " Distractions " ( Depends on you to think what " Distractions " means ) . I like listening to music when I study but the music I hear just takes me away from my homework I and started distracting myself ( I have tried Classical music and it helps )

. I listen to Hozier or Passenger when I'm Studying btw ...
